1. General Information

• This website is operated by Saeedapaintsstuff.

• By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time.

 

2. Products

• Art Prints: Colours may vary slightly depending on screen display and print production.

• Hand-Painted Nikah Certificates: As these are handmade artworks, each piece is unique and may differ slightly from images shown.

• Commissions: Custom artwork is made according to the client’s instructions and is non-refundable once work has begun.

 

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in GBP£.

• Payments must be made in full at checkout for prints and ready-made items or commissions.

• For commissions, a [30–50]% non-refundable deposit can be made upon request to secure your order. The remaining balance is due before shipping or collection. This will be discussed and placed through instagram @saeeda.paintsstuff

• We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure details are correct.

• Estimated shipping times are provided but cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for courier delays, customs, or lost parcels once dispatched.

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

• Prints & Ready-Made Items: Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

• Commissions & Custom Artwork: Non-refundable once work has started.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photographs. We will see if we can arrange a replacement or refund.

 

6. Intellectual Property

• All artworks, prints, and designs remain the copyright of Saeedapaintsstuff.

• Purchasing a print, nikah certificate, or commission does not transfer copyright.

• Customers receive the artwork for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to display and use images of commissioned works for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

7. Commission Process

• The commission process typically includes a consultation on instagram @saeeda.paintsstuff and unlimited rounds of revisions. 

• Completion times vary depending on complexity. An estimated timeframe will be provided at the start.

• If a customer cancels a commission after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.

 

8. Website Use

• All content, images, and artworks on this website are owned by Saeedapaintsstuff. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

• We are not responsible for third-party links or services mentioned on our website.

 

9. Liability

• We are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping providers, customs, or technical issues beyond our control.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to your purchase is limited to the price paid for the product.
